Day 1: From Manali drive to Gulaba and trek to Gulaba Meadows campAltitude: 10,300 ftDrive to Gulaba, 22 km, approx one and half hoursGulaba is on Manali Rothang pass roadTrek to Gulaba Meadows, 3 km, approx 1.5 hrMeeting time at Manali at 12pm to reach Gulaba camp site by 5:00 pmStart trekking to Gulaba Meadows at 3:30 pm, steep ascent throughout the trailAccommodation in tents
Day 2: Gulaba to Rola KholiAltitude: 12,500 – 10,300 ft6 km trek, approx 4 hoursFirst 1.5 hours is steep ascent and then gradual ascent till campsite, via Kolang NallahThe trail passes through virgin forest (silver oak, cedar and birch trees) with views of Manali & SolangCarry enough water from Gulaba camp, first water point is 20 before Rola KholiHot lunch at camp siteAccommodation in tentsPeaks spotted: Mt. Hanuman Tibba and the Seven Sister peaks
Day 3: Rola Kholi to Bhrigu Lake back to Rola KholiAltitude: Bhrigu Lake at 14,000 ft10 km trek, approx. 8 hoursStart early in the morningSteep ascent till Brigu Lake for approx. 5 kmMixed rocky and snow trailTrek along with the bhrigu Lake streamPacked lunch on the way and hot snacks at camp siteAccommodation in tentsPeaks:- Indrasen, Deo Tibba and Hanuman Tibba

Who Can Go:-First timer can apply, should have some interest in trekking and mountaineeringThe climber must be fit and have sufficient stamina to cover 5 km of distance in 45 minutes without a stressThe climber should be able to carry a 10 kg backpackHeart problem, high blood pressure, asthma, and epilepsy cannot be reconciled on this mission. The climber must not have the conditions mentioned above
